Front Lip Screw Missing f80 comp

I was wondering how do you fix this issue on my front lip. It looks like there must have been a screw that held this up but don't understand how you put it back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. [IMG][/IMG]

If it is the BMW part and fitted with the original hardware / support bracket there should be two threaded holes to screw into above that hole. The threaded holes are in a metal plate at the middle of the bracket.
