I had it both on my F30 as well as my F80. They fit without any issues. I got mine from ABS auto body.

Best exterior mod that only an enthusiast would appreciate IMO. Here's an aluminum replica. Fitment is 9/10.

There's no doubt the OEM GTS hood is a superior product. It's just the fact that some of us have budgets. $5K+ OEM vs ~$1K aftermarket aluminum. I do think the OEM one with the right prep + paint + install looks perfect. However a good aftermarket one is within ~10% of perfect to me. I personally couldn't justify spending 5x the price though. I was also quoted $600-700 to PPF it afterwards. With a CF hood, I think PPF is a must after spending a premium price for a premium product.

Look at it like a deposit.

On top of OEM quality enjoyed, you'll get a good chunk of your money back when time comes to sell and it'll be an ez transaction since so few do it right the first time.

Question to all who have done this: What did you do with the stock hood? Keep it in storage? Your garage? Gift it? Scrap it?
