KW Clubsport 2 Way From H&R Sport

Just switched over to kw clubsport 2 way from h&r springs and oh man what a difference! Tested them out at Willow Springs this last weekend and having the ability to adjust compression and rebound is a pretty cool feature! Will take a while to get them dialed in but pretty stoked to head to another track later this month on the new setup. Had the rear compression at 4 but dialed it down to 2. Much more testing will be coming very soon.

Spring Mountain here I come!

Hope you don't run into issues with the spherical bearings like I did. Of course it happens out of warranty. Moving on to JRZ RS Pro's, which go on next week.

I really appreciate if you can write your best rebound/compression settings for front and rear after you test them.

Clunking sound coming from driver front. Only fix supposedly is to send it off to KW for repair. I seem to recall one person having repeated issues, even after repair.

If you're serious about track usage I recommend sticking with a tried and true performer (JRZ, Moton, Ohlins).

anyone else running into the same issue?

the only solution is to send the suspension back to KW for repair?

how much is the repair as there is no warranty for Clubsport?

i'm considering the 3-Way model seriously for this summer so this issue can be a major consideration

I had this issue albeit on my 435i.

If you are interested in true track coilovers I would like elsewhere than KW. I now have TC Kline Double Adjustables on my M4 and they are amazing. Leaps and bounds better than the KWs ive ran

I had the 2 ways on my first m4 with around 10 track days and a total of 30,000 miles with no issues.

Congrats on the major upgrade!

As far as the Clubsport issues are concerned, I've certainly never experienced any issues with mine (E46, E90) and neither of the IND M2 or M4 have had any extraneous clunking symptoms as well.
