Advice for bumper damage repair??

I have damage on my rear edge bumper where someone hit me in a parking lot the other day (of course no note was left) and I wanted to see if anyone has recommendations on how I could go about fixing it? I'll attach pictures for reference! Also I have damage on the front lower bumper where I guess I hit something on the freeway (I don't really know what) and it made a huge indention into the lower bumper, I would really appreciate any advice on this one as well but i feel like there isn't much i can do about it. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Seems to be damage that cannot be polished out, or resolved via DIY efforts. I would definitely take it to a professional detailer/Body Shop. The rear might be touched up a bit using paint matched touch up pen (ie Dr Color Chip) but I really would just take it to a professional.

I think you will need a new bumper. The creases on the edges may not be that fixable and even if someone tries to shape them, you will still see the imperfections.
