2014 BMW F82 M4  [0.00]
437m refurb not diamond cut

Anyone had these done with power coat and managed to get a OEM type colour match with the two tone finish - or have we all just gone gloss black?

Sick of diamond cut wheels and would like to keep a OEM style finish.

My 437 wheels were curbed and got refinished to like 90% OEM.

Where'd you get your wheels refinished? My clear coat is starting to peel off my 437m

To be honest after a few months the job wasn't that good, the tinted clear coat isn't even all around the rim, it's lighter and darker at some spots. I noticed it after a few washes and now sticks out like a sore thumb. Was done by conti auto body.

Damn my clear coat is starting to peel and I want to get them refinished after the winter as they serve for my winter set.

Call me cheap or lazy but I had an idea on a quick refinish for the curb marks left by the previous owner on my 437M.

Their is a product called NITE SHADE which is essentially a tinted clear coat which people use on their headlights and tail lights. 1 of my wheels has serious clear coat failure from curb rash so I have the idea to sand them smooth and apply light coats NITE SHADE until reaching the desired darkness.

If I do it, ill chime back in here and let you all know how it turned out. Again, would not expect professional results but im sure it will be 100% better than how they look now (almost chrome)
