Fortunately our Black Friday sale was a huge success but unfortunately, this means items can sell out rather quickly. It looks like the last mid pipe was sold between the time you asked if they were instock and when you purchased. We are working hard to get them back instock with an eta of late December.

Sharing my experience and honest review of this MAD single midpipe
Installed at a friends local shop. No problems or complications with install however the installer did note the installation wasn't as easy / fitment wasn't as good compared to AA. Regardless, still was able to install with zero exhaust leaks I bought during the Black Friday sale. Given the price and it includes a brace, I am completely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend. It's been on my car for about a week and a half now Link to sound clip (with valves open): https://youtu.be/L3UHWZqUOCE |

How tight should you tighten down the midpipe clamps. I've tighten them quite a bit but feel like there is more room but don't want to overtighten them.

If it's all tight and there are no major leaks I would just leave it.

Be sure they aren't deformed from over tightening and be sure your cut is clean.

Correct! our mid pipe fits without any issues and has plenty of clearance with the included brace.

I would say yes. With my stock muffler it's very tame and 0 drone, flaps open though it is mean sounding. I think they are about a 1/4 inch longer so when cutting the stock pipes take an extra 1/4 to 1/2 inch off. But it still fits perfectly without that and cutting at the same point as the AA.
