F80 M3 Comp vs M3 CS

Are there any numbers or actual races that have occurred between the two? Curious to see the outcome as the on paper numbers are almost negligible

What do you define as "race"? Because the CS wasn't supposed to be BMW's version of the demon to the hellcat.

Peak HP difference is negligible but there is more area under the curve with almost 10% more torque.

Regardless, an increase in straight line speed was not what it was designed for.

true story I have yet to even redline mine...

If you track regularly and don't want/need a MT, sure, the CS is the one. For a DD and/or wanting a MT (me!), save your cash.

performance difference between any of the packages is negligible. buy a 2015 for half the price of a CS and throw some mods on it. The steering/transmission feel and sound is mostly just a code.
