They are all Michelin PS4S and will definitely last you through maturity of the lease. Tires are generally a hidden expense in lease takeovers as the original set will not last the 30,000 miles. -JB4 Installed -K & N Air Filters -35% Tint all around (not including windshield) Total Value: $2,500 Additional Information: I am the second lessee of this car. I was planning on keeping it through lease maturity, but I am looking at purchasing a house and I don't need the added expense of a second car. All extras were installed/done by the previous owner, I am not sure of the specifics on the tint, but it has held up well and is a name brand from what I remember. FULL DISCLOSURE: This car was unfortunately hit by another car while it was parked in November. I live on a narrow street and it was the last car park on the right side of the street. A truck was coming down by road and made a left on to the main street and swung too far right by about an inch and scraped both drivers side doors, front quarter panel, and front drivers tire/rim. There was ZERO mechanical/suspension damage to the car as per the adjuster and collision shop and the car drives flawlessly. The claim was put through insurance and no expenses were spared during the repair. I can provide you with the police report, appraisal/proposal on the repair from the adjuster, a contact at the repair center (Finish Line Collision on Long Island) as well as pictures of the damage. The car now looks better than new and has been in my garage since being dropped off from the repair. I would be glad to discuss anything related to the accident if you have questions. I would like to have this lease taken over before the end of the month and will pay the $500 lease transfer fee once the applicant is approved by BMWFS. Send me a PM if you're interested and we can discuss anything I might have missed and get the application process started. The car is located in Roslyn, NY. Album with 50+ Hi-Res Pictures
