That's pretty good, but not sure what your base monthly is. You MIGHT be able to do ~$20/month better since you have the $1K grad discount, but depends on how motivated the dealer is.

It's time to pull the trigger my friend. There's nothing left to opine on.

I know... I know, lol. Just weighing if I will miss the MT in my current M / if black is a good color for me (I'm currently in YMB). I've always kind of felt that black overshadows the cf roof and some of the lines, but the pics I've seen of the CS in black look great so far.

I'm a diehard 6MT guy and over the first 24 hours, I don't miss it. CS with DCT feels more engaging to me than my 6MT non-ZCP M3.

If you're OK with the color, go for it. At $900/month, someone will pick it up on Swap a Lease if you don't like it.

I’ve heard the DCT isn’t as good as PDK or DSG. My buddy has both a M3 DCT and RS3 and says the DCT is not smooth and very jerky unlike the RS3. Coming from an Audi RS3 with a DSG, it’s superior to a manual transmission, but it is certainly not more fun. Think video game, it’s fun, but almost too easy.

That's a pretty good deal IMHO. Not sure why they had to mark up the MF though.

With these crazy deals, would some of you guys mind telling me how much more per month you are paying for the CS (if any)?

That's pretty much identical to the deal I negotiated, just more money down / slightly lower payment in your case. I've talked to half a dozen dealers in my area and it is by far and away the best deal I've been able to get fwiw.

I'd be paying about $50 more a month for the CS as compared to my '17 M3 w/ ZCP.

I think that's a very good deal. Obviously they marked up the MF a little to make some money on the finance part given the large discount. If it was me i'd be ok with it as overall it's a great deal.
One thing i would recommend is to roll some of the drive off amounts into the lease like acq fee as no need to give them that much up front.

on another note, wow for you guys in Cali registration is expensive.

Thoughts on these deals? Two different dealerships, first car is SMB and the second is BSM. Debating whether it is worth paying extra for SMB, as that dealer refuses to match the other. The SMB is also local while the BSM is out of state.

SMB M3cs
MSRP 102k
Discounted to 87k
3 years / 10
$1999 drive off / $949 mo

BSM M3cs
102k
Discounted to 88.2k
3 years / 10k
$2012 drive off / $899 mo

I'm not commenting on the deals because there's enough info in this thread to know what you can get these cars for. As for color, I would not buy a CS in Black Sapphire Metallic, Frozen Dark Blue II, or Alpine White. I'm willing to bet once the inventory bottoms out the remaining colors will be the aforementioned. With that said, SMB all day.

LRG is dope, love that color. That was my first choice; however, the closest one to me did not have the Executive Package and that was a non-starter for me. The next closest LRG with Executive was too far away so I went with SMB which I also love. It's such a dynamic color and looks so fresh after a proper clean.

Ok, so their final offer is below. College grad rebate is included along with loyalty (which was already in previously):

$897.99/mo including all taxes
