Hello all,

Car is up for grabs. Recent priorities changed so I rather get this process started.

2019 Mineral Gray M4 Coupe Base, Manual, w/ Full Merino Extended Leather.
Terms of lease left: $896 a month. 6th payment is done so 30 left.. I am also offering 1st payment plus $1k... so count one less after you assume the lease. Lease ends June 2022. 10k miles per year. It currently has 2700 miles. So you have about 27300 left to use.
RESIDUAL: $42399. MSRP was $74385, current payoff is $62,800.
What I want: nothing, just take over the lease. Buyer pays for the transfer fee.
What I am offering: $1000 + the mods on the car now. The car will come with the OEM 513Ms in Ferric Gray in pristine condition. The OEM wheels and tires have about 300 miles on them.
MODS that you get free with the car: KW HAS KIT, professionally installed by RRT Racing in Dulles VA... on OEM Adaptive shocks.
IND front bumper reflector replacements in matching Mineral Gray
Macht Schnell 12 mm spacers all around recently added.
35% all around (no tint on front windshield) 3M tint professionally installed.
You will of course get the OEM springs in a box.
Car was properly broken in and serviced at BMW Alexandria at 1300 miles. I babied this car, garaged kept, hand-washed, and its only seen the rain once. It is not my primary vehicle. NEVER tracked and of course no accidents. No dings.

Car is sitting about 3/4 way down on KW HAS KIT which rides much better than OEM springs.

It does not include personal property taxes which are assessed by each individual county in Virginia every year. The VA sales tax was included though in the payment.
