M4 Shaking When Taking Right Turns

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing shaking when I’m changing lanes/taking exits going left at speeds of 45+ mph. There isn’t any give with the wheel bearings, I did remove the wheels and looked at the control arms…the bushing on the passenger side looked to have a leak. I’ve attached images of both control arms, does anyone have any experience with this? Is it just the bushing that needs to be changed or does the whole control arm need to be replaced, would I need to do both? Does anyone know of the part number?
