Abused? Says who? I think we all know how you treat your vehicles. I treat my cars right, and do preventive maintenance.

It's a supercharged E92 that needs high rpm since the centrifugal supercharger robs even more torque, so yes it's a safe assumption that it's been beat on a fair bit.

I've never seen an E92 dyno chart that shows a loss of torque at any RPM from a centrifugal supercharger. It's a gain across the board from what I've seen. Can you please share an example of how you reached that conclusion?

That conclusion is based on the fact that a centrifugal supercharger is a parasitic loss type of power adder, so until boost kicks in, it does cause a small amount of torque loss

Every dyno chart I've seen shows a gain across the entire rev range, including 2k RPM where there is no boost.

Due to a recent unexpected event, I’m seriously down for getting into something different as you suggested in OP.

When would you like to pickup the F80 and exchange titles?

The reality is that the parasitic loss of a supercharger at low RPM is imperceivable and a supercharged E92 feels stronger across the board. Again, I'd like to see a dyno chart that shows a loss of torque at any RPM because every chart I've seen shows that torque is the same or slightly increased at 1500 RPM and increases steadily after 2k. Here is one of countless examples.

I do however agree that it's fair to assume a supercharged M3 was potentially driven more "spiritedly" than a bone stock one. Not always the case, but a fair assumption none the less.
