Fair offer for new 2017 w/ 1100 miles?

I found a 2017 F83 today at the dealership just sitting on the lot. He said the sticker was $87,000 but they were willing to negotiate. So I'm wondering how low can I go? Or how low i should go. I am poised to purchase a new one via military sales people in Germany, and given that pricing scheme I can get out the door at just under $73,000 on a new 2020, so I'm curious about what my rationale should be on getting a killer deal on a 2017? Anything I should be leery about? Thanks for your comments.

Don't do it. Plenty of 18s and 19s out there to be had for great prices. Even the used market has some great deals.

If you go the military route and you're stationed in Germany for a while, you can actually avoid taxes in some states when you bring it back, not to mention the free transportation of 1 vehicle.

In summary, don't do it.

Tires probably need replacing, oil change of course (plus your change after another 1k miles).

Price should be well into the 60's. I wouldn't pay any more than that. You have to factor 3 model years of depreciation into your price.

Car with 1,100 miles is NOT new. 2017 are going in the low 50s so add some money for low mileage.

Thanks all. I'm leaning toward passing as it just doesn't have what I want in it. Totally understand that it isn't new but rather I should have said "not previously owned." Still toying with the idea of going pretty low and seeing if the dealer is willing to make a deal just to see how badly they want to get it off the lot.
