If they come up with a true flex fuel tune I'm all for it. I hate testing ethanol content bi-weekly to make sure my car doesn't go wrong with e85 tune.

I would be more interested in knowing which pin and table they have hijacked on the dme for the E85 offset table, plus how they have written the additional logic.
Imo it is one thing to decrypt the existing tables and another to insert additional code to do logical computation.

I put it in through CAN, wrote the code in C, and it has had a year of testing, but never released it because it was not economically viable with a third party flashing tool. So I joined with others and wrote a flashing tool, but for other brands instead of the crowded BMW market.
There are few suitable pins that include many BMW models and do not require disabling features. |

No idea about their release, I am not working with them on this, but it is well within their capability. I am putting my work into my own flasher for other brands.

I ordered the ecutek bits and will give it a go on 91 for now. Access to e85 is good for me when flex support is available.
@GreatWhiteM2 do you have any impressions to share? |

I don't see why u need the zeitronix gauge unless you want to monitor the fuel composition and other values via a physical gauge.
The ecutek should be able to provide this stat via its on real-time logger from the signal of the composition sensor. :
