M3 CS Center Console Trim Removal

Hey CS owners, I'm having trouble removing the trim circled here. It easily came off in my '16 M3 but this looks like a different piece of trim and I'm pulling so hard I'm afraid I might just break some tabs. It this truely a different trim piece?! Anyone have any luck pulling it off?

You circle two different parts so which is it exactly? I am not sure what you are trying to do exactly but the upper part is attached to the entire dashboard and is one piece from what I can tell.

And there is the center console:

It's the lower passenger side center console. The 2nd link you sent me is the correct one, however it's actually a slightly different part in my CS. I was able to easily remove it in my M3, but not in my CS.
