CA: Lease Transfer, ‘16 M4 SO, ZCP, MT, M-Perf Exhaust, $572 + tax

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
Mint condition M4 up for lease transfer. Short-term lease.

MSD's have been applied. Total is $5600 and I expect that to be paid to me upon lease transfer. You are also responsible for lease transfer fees. Please note, MSD’s are fully refundable at lease end. This is not a down payment.

Edit: Only looking for $4800 in MSD’s paid to me. You will get $5600 back from BMW at the lease end. $800 / 5 months makes the effective payment $572 plus tax.

One week left before the lease is no longer transferable. Can return the car to stock if desired at no cost.

Current mileage is around 26k. 10k + miles left over for 6 months.

These are the terms:

12k / year
36 month lease
MSRP was $84,330
Residual: $51,441

Lease ends June 2019.

Car has the following:

- Competition Package
- Executive Package
- M Performance Exhaust with CF tips
- CF rear diffuser
- CF rear spoiler

Extras included with the car:
- Macht Schnell lowering springs (stock springs are included as well)
- Macht Schnell stud conversion kit (stock lugs are included as well)
- SunTek Front clear bra (hood, fenders, bumper, headlights)
- SunTek window tint

exactly how much time is left to get his transfer done. I don't like to rush things but an interesting idea for me since I am between cars. The new one won't be here until next summer. Credit will not be an issue but want to make sure there is time to get it done. Is the car socal or Freemont? Anyway we can talk directly or email. thanks.
