We thought you'd like to see a couple more examples of F8X cars with the KW HAS springs.

If you have any questions at all regarding any of the parts you see, please feel free to contact us by clicking HERE or PM for more details.

mcjoe691-
The photo's of the BMW M4 with the BLK wheels, Is the lowest you can go. We dropped it as far as we could on those because the offset allowed us to.

Looks awesome! Was the M3 dropped evenly front and back? Reason I ask is I hate that extra gap on the front wheel arches of my M3 and you have eliminated that on this car. I don't want a huge drop on my car and just want the wheel arches to be level and it seems you've done it here. Abaolutely love the car!

Curious if anyone else has moved from the f80 specific h&r's to this kit? I don't have huge huge complaints with the h&r except they seem a bit bouncy. Id make the swap if that was alleviated. Lastly, has any commented on extra noise from this kit? I know with the gt-r kw adjustables people they had a tendency to get noisy over bumps.

Thx!

So I put them on coming from the H&R F32 Supersports, and the H&R's (even the Sport F8x specific ones on the cars that I have driven) seem just a bit more bouncy than the KW HAS. The HAS still is firm, however it took out a lot of the excess bounce we had in the H&R's.

I have since logged about 5000 miles on mine, in all sorts of conditions and the car does feel good. Before, with the H&R springs, i found myself riding in "Comfort" mode in the adaptive suspension, and now i find myself more in the "Sport" setting for day to day use.

We have quite a few sets IN STOCK ready to ship! Feel free to shoot me a PM/give us a call

PS - here is the latest wheel we did on our TAG Project Black Betty. This is a set of 20x9.5 and 20x11.5 HRE Classic 303 wheels, with the KW HAS lowered all the way down. Fitment came out fantastic!

Thanks,
Alex@TAG

Thanks again for the help! figure ill post my questions here so others may read also just in case...
We discussed the white m3 sedan above, and I liked how it was sitting. did you guys by chance take any measurements F&R to know what those drop amounts looked like? also, when setting the height with these, do you know how much we should account for with regards to the springs settling?

thanks again

So to replicate that white F80, I would get the suspension installed, and then from the lowest thread in the front, measure about 1/4" of threads, and set the perch right there.... That is where it ends up.

These springs are typically pretty good about settling. They settle about 1/8" at most.

Hope that helps!

Interested to know if you were able to find any information about the actual spring rates for the KW spring kit. Do we know what the stock spring rates area?

I had HAS on my E92 and they were fantastic until the full coils were available. These are great if you dont want to fork over the $$$ for a full coilover system, but want the ability to adjust the ride height. Quality product.

By "lowered in post" are you referring to the editing that was done to the photos? If that's the case I did not alter this cars ride height in post production. A-Natural my friend!
