Ticking on start up !

I just had my car in to examine the exhaust camshaft and carrier. I had the cold start "tapping" noise until warm.

It wasn't cheap to inspect it, but I'm OCD about things. No damage to camshaft or carrier. Mechanic seems to think the factory bolts were torqued correctly and that ultimately, this sound may be unavoidable.

Here is a German video I found that seemed to suggest the issue could lead to scoring on the Camshaft and carrier bearings which is why I paid to have mine checked.
