Pre-LCI vs LCI brake calipers

Question: Does anyone know the difference between the following part numbers, which are supposed to be the left and rear brake calipers

34216799461 and 34216799462 <- Pre-LCI brake calipers
34218046261 and 34218046262 <- LCI brake calipers

Are they interchangeable? I wonder if the piston size is the difference? 40 vs 44mm?
