Hey friends,
Looking for some much needed troubleshooting advice. I installed EMD springs, didn't like the height so I removed and put OEM back on. I jacked up the rotor and hub then tightened the strut to the strut top mount, Torqued everything to spec, and am now hearing a clunking noise in the driver's front that's progressively gotten worse. At first I only heard it on certain bumps at slower speeds, never at higher speeds. Now just this week I hear it on almost every bump at any speed and I swear I even hear it on semi flat/smooth roads and it sounds like something is almost rattling around. Sometimes I feel it through the floorboard/pedals. If I push down on the car I can hear it but have no idea what it is. It sounds like it's coming from the top of the strut but I can't confirm 100%. I was able to relocate it by pushing down on the car (see video link). As if this isn't enough I also have a clicking/grinding noise on both front sides when parked and turning the wheels lock to lock. |

That's what some guys on the Facebook group said. I'll have to try removing those covers and see if I can see it moving.thats a good idea.
