UPDATE: $706 incentive, bringing monthly down to $870. Below parts and upgrades included. Just pay transfer fee and the car is yours.

Only 2,500 miles. Like-new, mint condition. $76k+ sticker plus $4k in M Performance and other upgrades. After incentive, effectively $870 per month lease takeover, Orange County taxes included.

oem front lip and splitters
oem exhaust tips, black chrome
oem M3 trunk badge black
oem black side grills
euro visors (without the seat belt warning)
oem IND painted reflectors

20 Months remaining (November 2020)

No accidents, no dents, non smoking, no pets, meticulously cared for. 1200 mile break-in service completed. I just don't get to enjoy this weekend car as much as I'd hoped to. Time to let it go to someone who can enjoy it full time.

part it out at the end of the lease. your net would be close to the 900 a month.

I would also offer the option of parting it out before transferring to reduce the down payment, but I figured whoever is interested might want those parts. saves time, effort, and install costs.

UPDATE: No money down, just take over the lease. Car back to stock, or choose which parts you'd like to keep. See price list in og post.

The parts are still on, in case someone wants them. Stock would be without the front lip and splitters, side skirts, and mirror caps back to gray

Miles per year allowed is 10,000

I am one year in and have only used 2400, which leaves the new owner approx. 1150 per month

Original MSRP $76,875 plus the $4k cosmetic OEM upgrades, tint, etc.
