DIY: Fuel Injector Replacement

My brother had a random misfire CEL for cylinders 3 & 4. He couldn't figure out the issue so he took it to a local shop and they quoted him $2500 to change his fuel injectors. So I told him to order a couple Bosch Injectors as well as the BMW injector removal tool and I'd help him with it.

The job has a lot of tedious tasks because you have to remove the strut bars/braces as well as the charge pipes, intake pipes, and intercooler. After doing all that there weren't many guides on how to use the removal tool so we had to tinker with it and I decided to make a video to make it easier for anyone planning to do this job in the future.

The car runs, just gotta wait to see if he ever gets that CEL again

Thanks for the DIY. How many miles did he have on the car?

69k He got the CEL the day after he purchased it from BMW but it wasn't CPO. Changed spark plugs and ignition coils before this.
