Upstate shop recommendations for lowering spring installation?

Hi guys, I am looking for shops in the upstate for spring installation on an F80 M3 at a reasonable price point. I was quoted $800 from upstate import and $1000 from Cantech (both in Syracuse), which to me seems pretty absurd. I wonder if anyone here has recommendations for capable indy shops that do not rip you off? I am also willing to drive down to NYC/NJ area if my option is limited. Thanks in advance!

If you drive down to NYC. Go to the stance shop in Astoria. Check out thier Instagram.
