Why even do testing on dubs? Why? The ccb is more than enough brake with the right compounding, there is no need for a 20" wheel on a 3-series

It would be wonderful if BMW grew a pair and offered this in the US
Before anyone starts whining about how expensive it is to homologate a car in the US, somehow Mercedes is able to homologate 3 versions of the old C63 (base, power pack and Black) and sells half the cars as the M3. It can't be that hard!! Last edited by SYT_Shadow; 09-10-2014 at 12:52 PM.. |

Hopefully there's more of an upgrade to this GTS than the E92 GTS. On it's own the E92 GTS does what it was intended to do but when you compare it to the C63 Black Series, it looks like you're overpaying...

Interested to see the price on this. And how it compares to the M4 competition pack when that's out.

The wing looked terrible on the E92, still looks awful here. I say do a very aggressive deck lid spoiler, not that tacky wing

E92 GTS rear wing was FIA WTCC Spec, and more than likely was to help homologate the wing for use on the M3 GT4 (as the 4.4L engine was for general motorsport homologation)...
Function BEFORE form. |

Probably to mask a carved out section, similar to how the F82 trunk lines follow its roof lines.

No, it is BMW who chooses not to bring the CSL and GTS to the one market that would actually buy it.
Around half of the M cars of the world are sold the in States. It is ridiculous to not bring the special editions over. Mercedes can do it. Porsche can do it. BMW should be able to do it as well. |
