Some more pics, can’t get enough of the look now.

I think an OEM GTS bonnet and CS spoiler will complete the car.

I bought another set of 666 with Pirelli winter tyres as they were good value and have never been refurbished so they have that amazing polished finish that I’ve seen any returb company achieve.

But even though it’s snowing in Stuttgart I’m still on the 763 with MPSS as seeing the new to me gold calipers is epic.

So I’m spoilt now 666 with winter tyres

And might try a set of Cup 2 on 763 next summer

That’s cool man! The 666’s still look cool, just a little bit too blingy and skinny for me.

Yes.

I literally struck gold!

I’ve been looking at gold ceramic upgrade for ages and found a decent set for €6500

The extra labour to install brake booster and then if any of the discs got damaged it would be mega expensive to fix

So when I saw the 2NH kit for €3500 with only 10k km and gold I knew I had to have it

They are mega heavy though! The 8kg I saved by switching from 666 to 763 is now gone as the 2NH is 15kg over standard blues.

But I don’t track the car and don’t hammer it on the road, so far braking is smooth and powerful

Particularly from 280/270 which is actually quite common on autobahn when those 120 signs flash up!

Should be get €1400 for my blue Brembo so when you consider it’s only €2k to change it’s great value.

I won’t lie. I love the look of them with small Marino!

With your driving profile you're gonna have a massive loss in performance and fun when going with Cup2's.
Switching to a good UUHP (Conti SC7 or Michelin PS4S) is the ways better choice. Cup2 only works in a range between 50-75°C and dry condition. And only there!

Good to know thanks.

I’ve a decent enough set of PS4S on my original set of 666m.

Rears have a little life left, fronts are good.

So I’ll might use them next summer.

It’s 2 degrees and roads are very slippy in Stuttgart at the moment.

Thank you! Only thing it’s missing is the full leather which is a shame.

Stunning F82.

Are you tempted to get the performance wheel? I love mine but don’t like the light blue stripe at the top but it would sit well with your Mexico blue

Funny you should say that mate, I almost ordered it last month as BMW UK had it at 30% discount, so it was like £5xx for the round MP wheel with the carbon insert.

Having just got the 763’s I had to be sensible though, it would have bugged me a bit knowing the heated wheel didn’t work either.

Pity it can’t be heated but a friend went from the standard wheel to the half Alcantara performance wheel like mine. I fitted it for him and he said it transformed the car!

You could always get it as a summer wheel and revert bag to heated in winter.

I run the 18" 513M and the only wheels I would even consider to upgrade (OEM) are the 763M, I love them!

The 18’s look amazing to be fair. We never even got the option of them in the UK. Ever since the F8x launched only the 19” wheel was available and then latterly the 20” comp wheel.
