A guy in my area dailys the chit out of his. I see him at fast food spots eating in his car all the time. GT3 might be his house. Lol

That last sentence had me cracking up. Sometimes we spend hours a day in our vehicles, so fuck it, why not.

I love my 2015 Sahkir Orange M4 coupe BUT it doesn't compare with my old 2010 GT3. I mean.. really I sold the GT3 because I needed an occasional backseat (and it even folds down) but... the M4 not even in the same league. Drive the GT3 as a daily driver and enjoy it, but definitely get it on the track. The sound of the GT3 wailing down the backstretch, downshifting before a curve, heart pounding as the car steps out in a double apex curve like at Barber Motorsports track.. ah its just pure automotive sex. The M4 definitely has a lot going for it, but heavier steering really takes the fun out of a sports car. Sure, the M4 is incredible, a much better daily driver and a LOT better when taking a long trip- quieter and more room- but the GT3 is just incredible times 2. ENJOY and I'm envious if no one else is!

OP I Just wanted to say thank you for your honest review of the car. Don't fret - you own a car that less than 1% of the top 1% could afford. Enjoy the car while you have it, go drive it!

I think weather or not a car is a good DD varies between each person. Personally, I am ok with a bone jarring ride - but then again I am only 27. I prefer a raw uncompromising car to drive every day. I don't care if the car has 2 seats or 4 seats.
However, I have noticed one thing that does effect street driving enjoyment. It's the HP and power band. Over the years I have come to a conclusion that a car with approximately M2's HP is the best. The reason is you can really use all the power and really enjoy it at max power without worrying about going 3x over the limit after 2 seconds. Also, it's ok if the car has more power as long as the power/torque bands are such that you really have to rev out the engine in each gear. The GT3 seems like a perfect DD to me |

Lots of financial planners here...
One thing I learned is to never judge people and jump into conclusions. I know people who make 40k a year (full time job), but they have over $1M in dividend income. There are many people with family money that just work for fun or to stay (pretend to be) busy. I had a college aged client who purchased 3 cars in 1 year after he got access to his trust money... It is not how much you earn - but how much you have OP, Congrats on the car. |

I sold my GT3 to get an M4. Never regretted it since.
If I could afford both I'd ideally have one of each in my garage. Loved the Gt3, but love the M4 more. |

I bought a2014 GT3 when they first came out. I got a great deal at MSRP, $12500 back from Porsche due to the engine debacle as well as a trip to Atlanta to be in the first group to use the experience center before it opened to the public. I loved that car. The feel of the upshift at 9000 rpm can't be compared. I drove it for two years and came to the same conclusion. Its limits are so high, that it feels sedated on the street. I ended up selling it for MSRP to a dealer. I miss the car, but it was a great experience basically for free. It looked exactly like yours.
