Slight car wobble when stationary

Need some advice and not sure if this is normal or not.

When I am stopped, i feel a slight wobble in my M3. Its not a high frequency wobble just a subtle shake, but enough of a shake to notice.

Anyone else have this, is it normal?

Also how much diff slap do people get when changing gear or going on and off the accelerator? I get a slight thud when i change gear or come on and off the gas. I have a dct gear box.

I came here to try and understand the issue. After reading the indepth explanation, I still have no idea what the problem is. Your car shakes when its not moving? Are you bouncing up and down in it..? I'm confused

these are very tough for internet diagnosis:

could be any suspension component
motor mounts
spark plugs
coils
misfiring
