Questions about Carbon Ceramic Brakes!

Hi all,
I'm looking for a used F82 M4 now and have few questions about the CCBs!

I track three times a year, I wonder if I can use the CCBs rotors/pads for daily and steel pads/rotors for the track days?

I heard few members have the issue about the small rocks get between the wheels and rotors, and damage both of them. Is this happened a lot or just random?

Is the CCBs have less life than the normal brake?

Thanks guys!
