Popping noise from rear suspension

So guys I have this noise that is driving me insane, low speeds and happens somewhere in the rear suspension area. Driver side primarily but occurs on passenger side as well. Going over small bumps sounds like a popping noise

Lowered on kw v3 with about 8k on them. Doesn’t sound like strut clunk
Anyone know what it could be , possible a common issue

Wouldn't hurt to check strut bolts on top. Mine came loose and was making noise.

Could be the rear spring shifting around in the seat as the suspension unloads over bumps.

This sounds like it could be it, how do I prevent it from shifting around?

I ended up buying ground control rear weight jacks which got rid of the noise and gave me all the perks of those parts too.
