Lambda Probe Error Code

Looking for some advice on error codes I keep getting. I'm a bootmod3 stage 1 2018 M3 with 13,000 miles. Everything else is stock. Do I just need to replace the O2 sensors? Surprised they would go bad this early. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Did you run an octane booster?Boostane coated the inside of my whole exhaust and sensors with orange powder. I didn't have a lambda error, it just looked like it wasn't good to continue using (was swapping out DPs, regular job, no fix).

I never used an octane booster. I am the second owner ... I bought the car 5 months ago so 1st owner could have done something to it. I think I need to take it to the dealership.

If bought at a dealer and not tuned then you should ask them to look into it. If you tuned it and un-tune they will know soon as they plug in their computer, and prolly charge for service.
