Track use only wheels and tires

I have a 2018 M3 ZCP with 666 wheels and MPSS tires. I am interested in down sizing wheels for track use and was looking for suggestions on wheel and tire size. I will only run 2-3 days a year at the track, at least thats what I'm telling myself. Thank you for any insight you might be able to provide.

If standard brakes, I'd recommend a set of OEM 513Ms and stock-sized Yokohama A052s. Cheap and stickyyyyy.

I have standard brakes and I am thinking I should go down to 19" or 18" wheels.

We are living in a golden age of streetable track tires right now. Especially in 18" size. If you find an 18" wheel (make sure it fits over the brakes), you'll have so many great track tires to choose from.

If you're only going 2-3 times a year to the track then just buy some camber plates and run your normal street tires. It'll save you money without having to buy a second set of wheels and tires.
