What's the skinny on Netflix?
hat's the skinny on Netflix?
Could anyone please tell me if Netflix is possible to use while in motion? What's the solution? My car is a 2019 M4cs with Apple Car Play. Also, how can I get full screen Apple Car Play? Thank you! |

I asked and the most "knowledgeable" member's contribution was a sarcastic non-contribution. Must be a new definition of "help". It doesn't seem like his intent from the get go was to refrain from offering any constructive assistance. I think I'll survive without his "knowledge". Idk, OP. Seems like you gave a decent effort.
I don't use CarPlay, but from what I understand, I believe you can connect an older Apple TV to your screen and use it for Netflix. Tommy L Garage did a video on it. Not sure if there's a less involved solution out there. |

In my experience here, what I've learned is when one the experts doesn't have the answer, they obfuscate, in an attempt to appear like the Confucius of BMWs and try to be a dick about your simple questions because they can hide behind the anonymity of the internet. It's just a stalling tactic and I'm sure there is a psychological term for that sort of narcissistic behavior. Trust me, you'll be able to live with the disappointment. Anyway, I've done extensive searches before myself and only one member has successfully been able to stream Nexflix on the iDrive. I supplied his thread below and I assure you he's a really cool cat, if he can't help, a simple yes or no response would be suffice. Regarding the other issue, you're right, under the privacy of the internet, some people's entire agenda rests on shaming and inciting. In this case, it failed miserably because Mr. Knowledge and his buddy never actually clicked the search button, otherwise they would have known that there isn't actually THAT much information available on the subject, except that which may be scattered in random posts. Simple ignorance and stupidity to boot. They made themselves look even more foolish because they further assumed that the entire forum is full of dicks like themselves. I have the answer I need, thanks very much to all of you who chimed in. |
