Black Chrome Exhaust Cleaning

How do y'all clean the tips on your ZCP's? Mine are starting to get some build up, and I was wondering if I can use the Chemical Guy's Heavy Metal polish I normally use on regular chrome tips, or should I use something different?

I just clean them with each wash (inside and outside) and have not noticed any build up. There should be no problem using a metal polish on the inside of the tips, but I would avoid getting it on the black chrome.
