I prefer taller sidewall (hence buying 18s) and this size was within 1% of OEM wheel/tire height. There were no good 40s for the rear sizes, so I had to go with 35 there. Both still about 1% off from the stock wheel/tire height. Speedo and TC work fine still.

I have the same wheel sizes as you. Check out Hankook RS4s they have really nice 40 wall options for 18s

Anyone else have an issue with rocks getting stuck between the inside of the wheel and the brake caliper? Already have a small scratch around the entire inside of the wheel. 🤬

Fitted my Advan GTs today. 18x9.5/10.5 with 275/35 and 295/35 Bridgestone RE-71RS. Will lower a bit this winter but I like the look of the bigger tire. They ride nicer and have better traction than my MPSS's that are in my 666's. Also added TLG flaps in the front. Great product!

If you are being serious, the answer is absolutely not.

The front wheel would stick out an additional 2.44 inches from the factory wheel/tire.

The rear wheel would stick out an additional 3.85 inches from the factory wheel/tire.

EDIT:
This is exactly how it would look putting an 18x13 -20 on the back of an M4

So after reading this thread. I should be good with 275/35/18 in the front and 295/35/18 in the back on a f80? Stock height.

I’m running the same setup but with 40 wall instead of 35. If I’m not rubbing you’ll be fine. Regardless of wheel size and tire brand.

Awesome. I ended up with a set of te’s because I traded my friend since he was going back to stock. He had the worst tire set up ever so I need new tires lol

I'm currently shopping for a set of 18x11 rears only to run some 888R's on. I know Apex has proven that the +44 is about the perfect offset to run these sized tires.

Problem is, I'm trying to find a set of those 18x11 +37 TE's to *sort of* match my front TE37SL's. I'm worried that the extra 7mm might make all the difference between these fitting and hitting my rear wheel wells.

I'm lowered on Swift springs, so it's not crazy low but still. Anyone have experience with wheels/tires closer to these sizes?

My other option is to just grab the Apex or make some BC Forged rears and have mismatched front/rears on occasion which kinda bums me out in concept.

Got them mounted for the summer but also dropped the KW HAS kit down a bit. Loving the look. Sold my 666’s so now I need to figure out what to do for the colder months.

Car is looking great! Love these upper bumper vents as well - would you mind telling me which ones you have?

Bringing this back from the dead! Were you running aftermarket calipers with this setup? Looks like it may be an AP kit, but wanted to confirm.

I'm trying to figure out if 18in E88s will fit over stock/base F8X calipers.
