F83: Water on amplifier etc

Hi,

A bit of an odd question, but...

On an F83, is there any way that water can get to the HK amplifier if the drain plugs have already been removed?
What happens if you operate the roof on a sunny day but with beaded water piled up on the trunk/roof?

A college has a 2017 F83 and he had that exact issue.

Amp blew and it was water damage. Bmw warranty replaced it.
