Just got word my M3 is set for week 21 production!

2016 F80 M3 6MT
- Sakhir Orange
- Full Black Merino w/ CF trim
- Comp pack
- Executive pack
- Lighting pack
- Enhanced USB/BT

Anyone else have a week 21/22 build?

They moved me around a bit due to parts supply constraints. Now I am week 22.

How do I find out? I have the My BMW account, production number and such but it doesn't show a build week. Just that the car hasn't entered production yet.

Give BMW Genius a call (1.844.4GENIUS). They will always have the most current and detailed info.

It's actually a decent value if you're already paying for 19" wheels and adaptive suspension...plus it's the Comp Pack...nuff said.

I have a week 21 build. I am confirmed for a 6/9 Euro Delivery date at the Welt.

what's the hold up with the SO paint? same thing happened when I got my 15' somehow because mine was ED it didn't get delayed

Just got an email from BMW ED dept confirming my pick up time and date. I have SO as well. I think there is no holding up for mine.

congrats! yeah ED cars are handled differently I think. when I did mine there was no SO available but that didn't affect my ED order.

I ordered my SO F82 two weeks ago. Originally, the dealer's allocation was for week 19 but the day I ordered, it directly went into status 112 as week 17 build. Production will be finished tomorrow. So I don't think everyone is getting affected by SO.

congrats! yeah ED cars are handled differently I think. when I did mine there was no SO available but that didn't affect my ED order.

Are you sure it's because of the SO paint? I thought the delays were due to carbon fiber roof or individual colors?

Thats what the BMW individual lady told us. I also have Full Black with SO stitching. Maybe she meant to say SO stitching was delaying it but she said paint.

Thats what the BMW individual lady told us. I also have Full Black with SO stitching. Maybe she meant to say SO stitching was delaying it but she said paint.

I currently has SO extended ordered, but am interested to change to Full SO. I m afraid changing to full leather will delay the production date.
