Have you checked if Dunlop Sport Maxx 2 are available in your size?
meant to be as good as Cup 2.

Ordered tyres from tire rack years ago and were delivered within 4 days to AU. Not sure if the same now but we're shipped by fedex for about USD$250 from memory
