60-130 stock s55 engine record!

Hey guys Mike from 4N Motorsport! Just wanted to announce today we broke the previous record 5.28 stock engine world record 60-130. We put down 5.17 with actually more room left, however it was the last run of the day at the track. This is with our S55 single turbo kit running a GTX3584rs turbo. Less back pressure is helping keep the stock engine alive! This is a full weight interior car with drag radials and stock front wheels also full tank of pump e85. Spool up is same as upgraded twins. We were unable to do a full pass due to local rules. Once we cage the car we believe it will be well into the 9s. We were trapping 139mph and waiting till almost the 1/8 mile to accelerate.

Super congrats!! This is making 720 wtq on your last dyno you posted?

Good to see you brought the S55 stock motor record to California.

That is very impressive especially considering the DA is not negative -1500 and the temps are like almost 30 degrees warmer than the east coast. Your car is cookin!!

I saw those clips on Instagram and started laughing when I saw you guys start the pull literally half way down the track and STILL trap 139 😂 Such a badass car guys congrats!

Hey! Yes it’s a 1.06 AR T4 twin scroll housing.

Thanks man! We actually decided after last weekend to just build an all out drag car. I was going to stick with building more towards road course time attack. But I would love to get it into some low 9s and grab some records soon!

Congrats! Great power and kudos for pushing the S55 platform along. I may consider going with this kit down the road. Care to share any additional details of the set up and dyno? E.g methanol, boost level, intercooler, fuel system etc.

That's awesome dude!! Does your boost controller have the ability to reduce the boost by rpm to manage the level of torque on stock rods?

Or do you plan to keep it at this torque on stock rods?

Stock clutches? That's a lot of torque if you are still on the stockers!

We have been looking into testing the G35 with a v band mount option soon!
