I will cover the cost of swapping them over. The wheels and tire's are brand new.

Ahhh I would love to do this. I just took delivery with black wheels of a new to me, and not a fan personally. Too bad I'm over in NJ. OP if you can't work anything out locally maybe we can work something out. What brand tires are on the wheels? Tire size as well?
