Kinda like when you have an office meeting and you are discussing about how everyone needs to clean their leftover food out of the fridge, when in all reality you only need to talk to 1 or 2 people. But you gotta tell everyone because you don't know who may become the next asshole. |

Not sure if it's her per say, but have you listened to Rachel maddow? I do that on my morning run and i stretch when she goes nuts with her hands.
Men are distracted with big items like boobs but my porn is Alan Greenspan speeches (and then later on his wife...) I like my sex fantasy objects in a fivesome. So danzig is singing while Maddow displays her hands and Allen gives a speech. Then Humphrey Bogart takes me on ds while I stare at .. Yup, you guessed it; janet yellen.

I got mad at my local pervert and apparently started to write like he talks. I do have to admit that my taste in people is extremely weird, I don't give a fuck about what people look like but all my super crushes have some weird characteristic I'd marry any day!
I'm still pretty sure Maddow's hand dance is actually porn, and have you ever watched yellen giving a speech? That chick is so cool I may need to work on my crushing skills a bit.

(1.) The EU retaliated by targeting Florida and Michigan with $2.2B in import tariffs, key states in Bush's re-election. (2.) Bush's 21 months of tariffs killed 220,000 US jobs (see attached), more jobs that were in the entire steel industry at the time (and now the US steel industry is ~30% smaller) (3.) Tariffs are a tax increase for US business and consumers, as cheap imported raw goods both lower consumer prices and export the environmental costs of production. In short, tariffs are like telling your kids to play fair or you'll penalize them by beating your M4's engine with a sledge hammer ... and that's a good analogy because tariffs ALWAYS have unintended consequences, and they almost always punish the originator. Literally nobody except Trump will benefit by these tariffs (via his control of the media narrative which was otherwise talking about Stormy and Hope leaving). And further, the resulting US job losses are a giant problem because the US has a big long-running economic problem: While the economy improves, and is going on a 10 year bull run, over the last 20 years fewer people are benefitting, and our labor participation is dropping. That's Adam Smith Oh-Shit stuff, and nobody's been able to solve it. Tariffs likely accelerated the trend in 2002 (check out the big dip then), and will likely do so again in 2018.

Well, it's also hilarious that:
(a.) Trump suddenly, without even a heads-up, announces the tariffs TO HIS OWN STAFF at night, i.e., zero planning, zero strategy, completely winging it (b.) In the public announcement Trump claims the US "has been targeted" and this trade targeting has caused "[worker] pain" and "shuttered plants" (c.) A few days later 330,000 jobs created are announced But to be fair... yes China dumps steel via Canada, but this is such a small part of the US economy - Just to put numbers to it, steel and Aluminum represent 1.5% of US imports, 1+% of global trade, and 3% of US military requirements (the justification of the tariffs.) In short, tariffs will fix nothing, and break many things ... I guess it is the perfectly formed signature Trumpian policy. Let's look at where the Chinese and EU are going to target: US services |

This will get interesting if trump actually imposes tariffs to EU. I imagine that there will be a growing effort from EU to target Asia more aggressively and the tpp deal will make Europe push for a deal that'll give us more influence in the east. An other area which I'm interested in is the future of patents. China is not exactly known enforcer of those by they've caught us up in many areas, and they soon will be a huge player in medical research and development. That'll probably push them towards the western views and the EU either becomes a completely useless or we will latch on to a dictatorship. Epic development and a thing to be proud of as an additional accomplishment with our success in Syria for example. So basically I think trump manages to make china a big player, and he will demolish the west and we are all going to have grandkids who will be cursing the trump voters. This trade war will change the balance of power more than the first estimations show and I will be veeeery pissed if the EU shits in our lunch as they always tend to do. I realized yesterday that all my friends are middle aged men. This was not a nice weekend which can be seen from my optimistic views today.

Back to the Trump / NK thing ... two Random thoughts:
(1.) Trump is getting more credit than he deserves for the North Korea meeting ... Trump didn't set it up and it's certainly not the result of any Trump foreign policy or diplomatic actions (as we have none in Korea) and Tillerson is and was saying completely different things than Trump. It was South Korea's diplomatic efforts that led to SOUTH KOREA setting up the meeting, not Trump, he simply agreed to it (and then didn't and then did and then created conditions). (2.) Trump is getting less credit than he deserves for creating the conditions for South Korean diplomacy. Trump is truly credible as a "madman", the strategy always discounted, mostly because it was implicit that no US leader could pull it off. Clearly North Korea and China believe fully Trump would nuke NK if it helped him change the news cycle. They're probably right - Trump has no strategy or plan beyond react to the news cycle and if he felt like his base would support nukes (and he does and they would), then he would do it. Further, the number of people who would stand in his way are dwindling by the day, both out the White House and Congress. In short, China and North Korea believe Trump is almost fully unchained and would have zero hesitation in firing nukes and asking questions later - and Trump deserves credit for that, even if it's only congratulating him for being a damaged narcissist. What remains to be seen is if the madman theory leads back to the same pattern: meet, promise to de-nuke, break promises, lie, build nukes, threaten. repeat. |

He isn't the only one today even.
Also, sorry I missed the "wall" messages until recently. I did see most of the drama. Fill me on what I missed if you can. He is already back under another name. It's getting a bit creepy how determined he is. |
