Sounds like you're just a little butt hurt because things haven't gone exactly as planned.... It's his choice whether or not he wants to part with the car. I'm sure any of us in the same situation would possibly have a little cold feet.

Personally, if it was up to me and it was my car, I wouldn't give you the time of day to assume the lease. You want the car so bad, go order one brand new and stop being an asshole on these forums!
