OEM 666 rims with larger size tires?
I am currently have run flats oem tires on the 666 rims.
How much larger can I go? Would 275/30/20 front and 295/30/20 rear fit without any issues? |

Rears should be fine but you'll probably rub on the fender liner for the fronts.

I run those sizes on my M4 and I do not have any rubbing issues. It will also depend on the tires manufacturer because there are variances in width despite the numbers. I have PS4S FYI

All depends on your drop and spacer sizes. 275 front is ok if you only run no spacer or 5mm up front. 295 rear has no issues and also done and did and confirmed by many.

I went 305's
I just installed 305's on the back of my M4 and it looks amazing. No drivability issues so far. Michelin 4S. Who needs spacers?

I have 295 on the back, fits perfectly. 265 up front, same thing.
Can't speak on 275 from experience in the front but it should fit. Here is a picture from the back with 295. Just like you're doing now, I spent some time on looking into this. The general takeaway for me is if you take the chart (attached link), look at the max recommended for the rim size and add 10mm, you'll get the rough max that will fit with a very high degree of certainty. Hey guys, reading up...I'm looking to swap to mich AS4s with 265s in the front and either 295s or 305s in the back.
Will I have any benefits or issues with either the 295s or 305s? I'm trying to get my setup to about 600whp and want to make sure I'm putting down enough traction. |
