Has anyone installed speed bleeder nipples on the F80 with Steel brakes? What size is required?

I'd like to know this as well. I currently have the Motive pressure bleeder, and it works great. The speed bleeder might be an easy way to do quick bleeding if you happen to cook fluids at the track. Otherwise, the Motive system is easier to flush the system.

Do you know which motive part number it is?

I've had this Motive pressure bleeder for probably a dozen years, I still keep it in it's box, which say it is Model 0100. Looks like they still sell it with this model number, according to Amazon.

Btw, according to Realoem.com, the bleeder nipple on the steel braked M3/M4 is the same through out the BMW/MINI/Rolls lineup. It also employs the same valve on both the front and rear.

So, if you want to go with speedbleeders, you only have to find out the fitment for any modern BMW/MINI/Rolls.

Anyone find out the Russell part number on these? In searching around I think it may be M10x1.0 but I'm not sure. Anyone know?

Well after re-doing my calipers, I bought some speed bleeders but they did not fit (too long).

I did confirm the threads in the OEM steel calipers are M10x1.0, the OAL that you need is close to 1" ~25mm.

I haven't been able to find any short enough.

Has anyone else found these online?
