The dog could do the needed shit so she could have her independence but I never got over training it. I was being a shit to the dog for six months and he kept my friend safe for eight but I just seriously hated being such a shit. As for gs , Kissa ruined me. With all her bad habits like stealing eggs and shutting on us all because she was allergic to them, I loved her almost as much as I did Tessa, my mixed breed weirdo. I'm currently training a Spanish and French water dogs (translated from finnish) and a fucking pekingese and a gs and I'm so fucking sick of telling the owners in my mild way they're the problem. Last weekend session was so bad I screamed at the owners that if they could be any worse at it I'd make rugs out of their dogs and shit on them. Yeah, I volunteer as a trainer so people won't ask their money back. It says a lot about them that even after all that, they'll be back in a month or two.

If nicely worded is actually nicely worded and not one laced with profanity than... sure! :P

Take him out for a dinner. He likes classy stuff, I used to take him for nuggets in McDonald's. He can tell you the story of our epic midnight dinner then.

How does Finland get so much press?
There seems to be an article on Finland in the press on a daily basis. Spain doesn't get this kind of press. Argentina would die for this much coverage. https://apple.news/AwStWngRwSuS5gTUOQcBg-g https://www.vox.com/platform/amp/fut...d-basic-income https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finland?wprov=sfti1 https://maps.apple.com/?ll=64.000000...AAAAAAAAOkA%3D |

I've been laying down the afternoon and evening. Actually that's not true. I made lunch, ate my weight in Mexican food and extra spicy habaneras and then when I could move again, I went and did it again. Just now, 11.15 I got a third wind and went to put away the leftovers and I might have had one last tiny taste. I never learn and I should never be left alone with Mexican food.

The X3M and X4M looks good. I like the X4M looks more but the X3M reminds me... SOO much of the current X5M.
P.S. I am bored :P Lups uhh.... probably local. Unless Wah is craving something. Might bring my friend along.

A whole 7 days have passed, and still no pics? Did you know that 7 is generally found in the Bible in context meaning completeness or divine perfection? As a Christian, I've seen that, though I am uncertain as to why 7 is focused on. So, since I seem to recall you are an athiest, and probably uninterested, I thought I'd pass along this little tidbit, since the more you know and all that...
But getting back to the number 7...seven days have elapsed. Wouldn't this be just a perfect time to post some pictures of the GS then? And what were your thoughts on the training? |

It is extremely rare nowadays it seems to have your expectations exceeded, but this truly did. It was expensive, but worth every penny for the type of dog we'll have now hopefully for years to come. I'd like to post some really cool pics of her with my daughter, but I'm still iffy about posting pics of her here. Even though she is on FB etc. Hope everyone is well, have a good night! Anyway. I would recommend all dog owners to wear one for the training since we humans always are the the problem, except with my current and best client/ friend ever. My old neighbour and I met when her dog tried to eat our other neighbour. That was about 9 years ago and while I wrestled the dog off I told her I'd help her but that I wouldn't be taking any shit from her. We became besties and we've been ever since and she has always been there for me for my shit, until last year. She got a serious depression, it's been so bad she and their entire family took a deep dive. The triggering thing was a new puppy for her. They couldn't get it to behave at all. The dog is now a bit over a year old and they called me three months ago. My friend was so ran down she didn't want me to see it because she knew I would look down on her and that I'd laugh at her and she was so low with her condition she couldn't handle me. Her husband called me back then to ask if I'd take the dog since he was pretty much stuck trying to keep the wife alive. I told him no and that I'd train the dog and that he can go fuck himself if he or she thinks I wouldn't be there for them while laughing at them. That sounds all cool.. Last Monday the friend of mine let the dog run around on a parking lot near the city center and the dog basically stopped all traffic in tampere center for an hour. That's when she called me to laugh it off. Until she started to cry I honest to god was following the guidelines given to me. When she started that I told her that I'm brewing coffee and she better haul her pathetic ass to my house that fucking second (they now live 4 km away). I sat her down and we talked for a bit. I mean I asked questions and since even in her depressed state she knows I take no bs. "You let the dog run?" "Yes" "Are you sure he comes to you, or are you hoping he does when you call him?" "Well" "Do you know the difference still? Do you remember control?" "Anna I've been battling this depression for years but it's.. " "I don't give a fuck. I've never worked with a person as determined as you and we are going to train that dog and we are doing that twice a day." That night, after the first lessons her shrink or a therapist called me because he had the okay to coordinate the effort. I told him very kindly that this is my hobby and that the lady in question means the world to me and that he can just eat his own pills if the first sign of progress he has gotten is this. So for 6 days we did intensive training. In my case that means she didn't move a muscle in anything dog related without my okay. On the third day I explained to her husband what I was aiming at and now I got my friend back after two weeks since their daughters moving out was too much for her while the new puppy moved in and she felt like she had no control in her family anymore. She has to handle her depression and her outlook on life with a professional I share my findings with because her therapist and her shrink now are allowed to share with me but I gave her control over her new kid. All that aside... That woman and that family stood by me when my dad got sick. They babysat for me, their kids, even the hubby when I was trying to hang on to my sanity. They, the whole family let me cry on their couch every time the aftermath was too much for me. I'm so ashamed of myself for being so drawn from everything it took them a year to call me. I'm so ashamed I keep letting down the people I truly love just because my mom is near me again. I needed a shock collar and I sure as hell got one this month. I'll try to be better from now on.

I've been tazed before for training/fun when I was with the cops. I tried the collar out on the setting we have it on and it is nothing compared to that. More of a surprise/reminder than actual pain for her would be my guess. Sorry to hear about your friend by the way. |
