45k miles worth buying?

Currently looking for an M4 with less then 35k miles. Found one I like with near 45k miles, at this point is there a lot of things that can arise for service? Besides the obvious spun hub issue which may or may not happen what are some big things that can happen near the 50-60k mile mark? And if i get a PPI from a dealer will that be a clear indication of the cars overall health / if its worth buying?

that is not a big difference in mileage at all. It’s all about how the car was maintained and cared for. Also, 45k is just getting started for these cars. Enjoy it and stay on top of maintenance and you will be fine
