Hey!

I agree with you, "would be..."! Just like Unicorns and Trolls.

Terms are being made up that don't exist! To make some feel better
about themselves and consequently, some will feel bad.

Have you ever signed a contract?

And following your same line of logic, If I were, to have been "slighted", of what
consequence would that be to you?!?

In other words, if, "who give a $hit...", then Why(?) are you bothered enough to

MSRP vs Invoice

semi-newb question, but the ordering guide is the MSRP? In order to calculate the "invoice price" I should subtract 7-8% off the MSRP I calculate from the ordering guide?

thanks

Yes, the pricing guide shows the MSRP.

To get to invoice for a US delivery, you multiply the base vehicle price by 0.93 (or subtract 7%), add $500 for MACO which is charged to all dealers.

Then add all the options and multiply by 0.92 (or subtract 8%), add $180 Training fee and add $995 for D&H. That should get your pretty close to the vehicle invoice price.

It is. But you have to pay $2500 and take an M drivers training course. Right now the exact details haven't been announced though.

I'm not bothered at all. The technical term, which I used was Priority 1.... "Semi" was my take on the level since it's not really individual and not really standard...due to the $2500 uplift.

My point was it doesn't matter what we call it -- it matters what's in the order guide/the order system. If you have a problem with how things are labeled, take it up with BMW NA or BMW AG.... They're the ones that make this stuff up.

...and at the end of the day, does it really matter?? My opinion, No!

Cheers!

Hey!

I quoted you, because yours was one of the last 2 instances, but my rant wasn't specifically aimed at you.

"Priority 1" is not necessarily "Individual". Although it can be. This only means that, as "Jaybird124" indicated,
it is a color that BMW will Not allow the dealer to order unless it's for a specifically ordered/sold car. In other
words, Not for dealer inventory. This is due, I believe, to supplier issues for that particular color.

* And, yet you won't admit you were wrong?

** My Point exactly!

We're in agreement!

Cheers!

F.Y.I.: "Sakhir Orange"

Hey!

The reason for the Option Code (Hence, name -) change to this paint has
nothing to do with the formulation. The color is exactly the same!

The change is due to the fact that "Sakhir" is used as a base for Frozen Red.
The latter was eliminated in their system as it will no longer be available for
the "M3/M4". This being the case, a new code/name had to be come up with,
in order to keep "Sakhir" in the system as a primary paint option.

Cheers!

What he said and apple car play compatibility. Also, for Canada there's no change in the maintenance plan, seems to be a US thing.

Where do you put the phone for the wireless charging?
