another grind, click, clunk thread

i realize there is a similar thread below this one and several on the topic like, and, and
... and

starting a separate thread only because i have not seen much true resolution and wonder if anyone had success with the varietal of symptoms my car has.

my car: 2017 f80 zcp edc
total miles: 13,500
wheels: 666m (summer) / 640m (winter)
suspension: eibach v2, 12mm spacers all around
miles on suspension: 7,000
driven: mostly s___y detroit roads

i’ve got the grind and click when turning. prevalent at all speeds, especially loud at low speeds, predominantly turning to the left like this f82: https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1327457

in addition, there is a (metal on metal) clunk, on what i and my mechanic believe is passenger side, over sharp imperfections in road plus a whirring sound on smooth pavement. it might be in my head, but the performance of the passenger side suspension and the ability to absorb imperfections is decreasing rapidly.

as diagnosed: passenger side wheel hub bearing after being able to replicate the grinding noise turning the passenger hub side-to-side. clunk could not be replicated.

after reading through the posts referenced above, the wheel hub bearing does not appear to be the culprit. anyone with experience to suggest the wheel hub bearing is worth changing? or, is it better to chase:

1. thrust arm / thrust arm bushings https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...0&postcount=29

2. steering rack adjustment bolt https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...2&postcount=31, https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...4&postcount=56

3. top mount plate bearing https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...0&postcount=28 (requested this video from jimboo)

with it lowered and spaced, i doubt warranty work is going to fly. so, looking to get it right first time and skip dealership if possible.

appreciate any insight you have based on your experience.

I've started my own thread to detail my deep dive into the clunk part of this issue. Go here to see what I'm doing and share information:
