Yep - original and clean one owner 21 k mile car from Utah put up for sale in Aug 2021. The last year and half and 10,000 miles a dealer has used it as a driver or demo , says one owner but not if u count dealer - id pass unless it was $57k.

The new G CS leak this week makes me think back to F80CS launch. The hype was real and I bit hard on the want train.

“It was all but impossible to find fault with the M3 CS”. You got that right boys.

“Hurry if you want one: Almost all 1200 units are already spoken for” - haha nope not really - these leased out cheaper than a regular ZCP. Sorta of like the E36 lightweight that no one wanted to buy back in the day. That may bode well for long term values.

It is funny how BMW gives you less and charges you more. Buyers initially balk, and then realize that the car feels more raw/sporty/etc. and decide it's worth the premium.

I know this an F80 thread, but have you seen the 2023 M3 CS?

and

Production is supposed to start in March 2023. Base stickers at $120K, but dealers advised those coming to the U.S. will be at optioned at $128K and they will be asking a minimum of a $20K markup (market value adjustment)...which puts it only like $15k to $20k less than M5 CS.

There’s an entire thread for hating on the G8x platform in the m3/m4 versus forum.

Yeah sorry, but I thought it was relevant because the 2023 M3 CS is driving prices on the F80 CS, and this is a cars for sale/lease takeover...so there. ;-)

For sure man but you could just say that. At the end of the day I don't give a shit but I do like looking at this thread and only seeing F80 CSs for sale, not F82s and certainly not G8Xs. Its our little F80 CS safe space.

The G80 CS directly affects F80 CS value and this is thread is a discussion. Look at the new M2 dropping and its predecessor the F87 CS. Used to be 100K+ used but now there have been high 80s.

Hoping with the G80CS dropping we'll see $50k F80 CS values.

The F80 CS values for driver cars will probably hit $50k on their own with normal wear and tear and depreciation. The new GCS is very limited availability so more expensive and hard to get - that could actually increase prices on clean F80 CS.
