Tire replacement by non BMW shop ok for tire pressure sensors?

Hi folks

Im going to need to have my M4 F83 rear Michelins replaced.

Can you share your experience or advice on this...

If I take it to a tire shop & have them do this, is there a specific step or process they would need to be aware of to make sure my tire pressure sensors function as normal after fitment?

Im not sure & need this groups experience or advice.

Cheers folks,
David

Any decent tyre shop will be fine, I've used Bob Jane for my last three sets.

Just an update,

Made some calls & ended up using a BobJane in Sydney NSW.
They did an outstanding job incl preinspection of any existing nicks or marks to the rims.

I opted for 4 matching size & ratings in Pirellis. Im so happy with them.

Just the best.

I used a local tire shop. Didn't even put run flats on and just reset the tire pressure monitoring and it's all good!
