Newbie with basic suspension questions
Sorry for my ignorance but just wondering about basic lowering information. I have a 2018 M3 w ZCP. What parts are involved and how much should I expect to spend? Love the look and I want a basic conservative set up that will enhance the look but not be a huge convenience / daily driver hindrance.

Install swift springs, you will be very happy
Drop is 1 inch front and 0,4 rear Handling is better, look is very nice but still very usual, you won't scrape everywhere because you are too low They are very good springs, car stay very comfortable, I suggest you check the master coilover/ suspension thread in the sticky, every lowering options are listed from spring to race coilover |

I'm on the fence about swift springs now because of all the clunking issues but is that just installation errors?

Is install very involved? Thinking I could do it when I switch back to summer wheels/tires. Ballpark on how much typical install amount should be? Also I looked on swift springs site, I don’t see prices (do I want sport springs if I’m not tracking car?) and I don’t see BMW on list of manufacturers in “applications”.

Install is like every other suspension install, very simple if you know what you are doing Even if you don't track your car, you'll love the look and sport feeling of these springs while retaining a very comfortable ride |

I suppose if you have a short term lease and have zero plans of keeping her or you just don't care what happens to her later, then it makes sense for springs. Just FYI, countless years ago I was also at one time naive and stupid to do it. Don't be like me if your plan is the latter. Here's a good read for you. Are you looking to buy coils? Both Ohlins and Bilstein are capable of what you're describing. Good luck!
